King Mswati III and Minister Gašić attended the demonstration of some of the capabilities of the 72nd Special Operations Brigade
His Majesty the King Mswati III of the Kingdom of Eswatini, and Serbian Minister of Defence Mr. Bratislav Gašić, together with the Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, Gen. Milan Mojsilović, have attended today the demonstration of some of the capabilities of the 72nd Special Operations Brigade, at the “Rastko Nemanjić” barracks in Pančevo.
They were shown a static display of arms and military equipment, followed by a shooting training at a shooting range, a martial arts demonstration, exercises with mines and explosive devices, and demonstration of anti-terrorist combat in urban and rural areas. For the performance of the activities, the brigade members used the “Miloš” combat armored vehicles, which had been introduced in the 72nd Special Operations Brigade for several years now.
These armored vehicles are intended for various combat missions in both offensive and defensive operations. Apart from a strong ballistic and anti-mine protection, they also feature a 12.7 mm machine gun RCWS.
