A platoon commander in the gun-howitzer artillery battery, 2nd Lieutenant Maja Stojiljković, has explained that the 155 mm howitzer B/52 M-15 “Nora” is a state-of-the-art artillery system designed to provide fire support. The biggest advantages of the system compared to the towed version of 152 mm howitzer M 84, as she pointed out, are high mobility, exceptional accuracy, and massive firepower.

— Also worth mentioning is its faster operation, not only in terms of the transition from marching to the combat-ready position but also when setting the firing elements and firing missiles. The main goal of this training is to train the crew to work faster and more efficiently, and that is why we prioritize the training, because the theory without practice is empty, and vice versa. The training on the systems covers not only the technical matters, in terms of thorough knowledge of the weapon, but also tactical situations, because tactics are essential not only for mission performance but also for its success – said 2nd Lieutenant Ms. Stojiljković.
