Central celebration commemorating the Day of the Ministry of the Interior and the Day of the Police
The central celebration commemorating the Day of the Ministry of the Interior and the Day of the Police kicked off today at the Educational Center "Makish". The ceremony was attended by the President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Serbian Armed Forces, Aleksandar Vučić, the Prime Minister of Serbia, Miloš Vučević, the Speaker of the Parliament, Ana Brnabić, ministers in the Government of Serbia, and other high-ranking officials.
The ceremony featured a tactical and technical display of armament and equipment and a demonstration showcasing the skills of police units.
The Jugoimport-SDPR’s combat armored vehicles "Miloš" and "Lazar 3" were presented, both of which have been in the Ministry of the Interior’s service for several years. The BOV vehicles, modernized by Jugoimport-SDPR, demonstrated their reliability during tactical maneuvers.
On that occasion, outstanding members of the Ministry of Interior were awarded with gold, silver, and bronze medals for their courage, dedication and contribution.
